I was a little displeased that the carrier I was directed to drop off the goods with repacked and damaged one of the cartons and then called my daughter on the receiving end to ask for repeat payment? Looks like you need to control your shippers a bit better.

Goods separated and one damaged. Attempt to collect payment again from my daughter on the other end. Not good controls here that I can see.
