We were under the impression this was a professional mover of RV's. We fufilled our end of the contract with payment in full. However. the driver never did weigh the shipment and then said the trailer blew three tires due to overweight.He wants to charge us over $200.00 for road servive. I made it clear that they have insurance that covered anything that happened to the trailer. A competant driver would have weighed the trailer especially since a truck stop was one block from mt house .

Tom was a great person, very nice. Stuff happens and I am very understanding to that fact & that is why it took a little long in being delivered. This was a large item a older Jeep 8' pick-up truck bed that was very heavy, very small dent that was accidently done upon loading, but this item had to be fixed up just a little anyway so it was ok.. Bottom line feedback is good, I would use Tom again if needed.. Thanks

Bike was delivered via open transport in excellent condition. No markings to the fairings during transport. Only issue was that he was about 2 hours late getting to my seller. Thankfully everyone was patient and the deal got done. I accepted his bid on Monday afternoon and he had it picked up across the state by the evening so you can't ask for a better turn time. He was also very friendly and always answered all of my phone calls. Not to mention, never got lost going to pickup or delivery.

We think it must have been over loaded because, we encountered 3 blow outs & we Paid out $175 + $35 = $210. Carol was very quick to communicate & authorize service calls & repairs. she paid our deposit @ pickup / delivery for the shipment. now the service calls & tire are unpaid, but she is working out that payment arrangement AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! Carol & her husband where easy to work with.

He had GREAT COMMUNICATION, and was helpful with a lot of care & order. We shifted loads because his was a little more than a week ahead so we went on 2 shipments to & from CA. when we came back it was time to take Franks then we had a time getting another load to go with his to make it worth it finally we did it in time. Before Frank had to go on his trip so it worked out on both ends! WE really appreciate Franks flexibility and Kindness THANKS!

I came @ 1:30AM. then how to get out,no fork lift & another truck bed on my bed, & inside it? So I'm a tree worker & have chain saw & ropes,I throw the rope over a limb over the st. we hook up & lower it to the ground. Then @ 2:30AM in Brooklyn NY. 3 police cars come from behind then 4 cars in front O' BOY! Now He & his girl were very nice & helpful & PD CASH more than agreement!

So I pickup the bike then up to Tampa then 1st thing in the morning picked up the jet ski's left to Miami & about 1hour from delivery Ricky calls & says can you pickup in 1 or 2 days I said I have them & 1 hr. to delivery he was amazed & happy so We were thankful! Ricky was out of the country but called ahead & had cash ready @ delivery NICE!
