As of 28 May 2008, delivery never completed with items picked up on 17 Feb 2008. Company required deposit and only responded to e-mail once when threatened with legal action. Legal action no pending. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Had a problem with the shipment of my Large Sony TV from Miami to North Carolina. The TV arrived damaged due to the son not acting to prevent damage. The Owner was very understanding and went out of his way to set things right. He has insurance and even helped to get my claim paid asap. This is a good choice for shipping because they did the right thing when things went wrong. I will use them again. That was the tru test.

Response from halcorp1: I am happy to have done business with this customer and sadden at the outcome. For this reason Halcorp will longer ship on this venue. I cannot justify the continue outrage for the poor performance by my son and lack of responsibility. I love my son, and this just wasn't his cup of tea. THIS GUY IS THE CON OF CONS. HE HAS MORE EXCUSES THAN THE STARS IN THE SKY. WHEN I DID A REVERSAL ON THE PHONE AND FOUND HIS ADDRESS AND TRAVELED 1000 MILES TO FIND THIS JERK WHO HAD TAKEN MY MONEY FOR OVER 2 MONTHS, I FOUND HIS NEIGHBORHOOD AND HIS NEIGHBORS TOLD ME THAT A LOT OF PEOPLE CAME LOOKING FOR HIM BUT THEY SEEMED TO TAKE A TRIP TO THE BANK. I FOUND THE WIFE AND SHE REFUNDED MY MONEY. CALL ME LUCKY
"DO NOT USE THIS CARRIER" IS MY ADVISE I WONDER HOW MANY NEVER GET THE MONEY BACK.

Response from halcorp1: Mr Scott has shaded the truth to suit his own agenda, the circumstances for the non performance had to do with location and timing of the shipment. He was never in any danger of losing his meager payment. He was kept informed of lack of progress, and truthfully, he showed no concern for the safety of anyone. He only cared about getting his baler at any cost, including human life. The weather conditions at the location of his baler were unsafe for several weeks. Good luck Mr. Scott.

Shipment was significantly damaged due to negligence! Misrepresentations regarding shipping truck, promises of not repacking the items after loaded (which he did and resulted in irrepairable damage), Shipper has no identifiable insurance and has not provided any information to contact insurance he claims to have. Scheduled to pickup by the 28th of Feb, didn't pick up until March 2nd: after insurance policy expired. He blames other people/events for poor service. Charming talk, Shameful conduct.

Response from halcorp1: An Obvious attempt to recoup a poor purchase on EBay by alleging excessive damage to the items shipped. This customer has shaded the truth to suit their own gain. Our insurance is current and not expired. Dishonest, has a problem with integrity, Has tried to recoup the 3500 they paid for homemade windows which won't pass building code.
