Hello,
I have a bit of an issue with a shipper and i am wondering if you can help me. As a first time shipper on uship, i accepted a bid from soeone who quoted me 285 dollars, port to port. I was later advised that i had to pay some additional if it was to be from door to port. I agreed and accepted the bid of 487.24. I paid 57.24 through uship to the service provider.

the original bid was port to port shipping, pick if needed would be addl. like all of my bids are, i could get my truck in the area when needed so i was looking for another truck for pick, at no extra cost to her, the trucks i talked to pick from business only, with loading ramps, we worked very hard on this move and im sorry we couldnt get it done

hacca75 was excellent. They guided me through the whole process of shipping a 200 lb buffalo head from a remote area in the states to Europe. They are professional and very pleasant. I highly recommend them.

After match was complete, shipper informed me that their transport would NOT be enclosed, then stalled for 6 additional days without making a commitment to a vehicle pickup date. Buyer beware, shipper is commitment-phobic and will only "work you in" when convenient.
