Our entire shipping experience with Accommodating Transport was terrific!We had a few exceptions: we couldn't confirm a pick-up date until 3 days prior, didn't have a final box count or packing list UNTIL THE TRUCKER ARRIVED at our home, and we couldn't provide the final delivery address until AFTER our shipment arrived in Hawai'i.In spite of that, Jack and Jennifer were friendly & professional and worked thru all of our obstacles.We would use them again and recommend them to all!

I have a bit of an issue with a shipper and i am wondering if you can help me. As a first time shipper on uship, i accepted a bid from soeone who quoted me 285 dollars, port to port. I was later advised that i had to pay some additional if it was to be from door to port. I agreed and accepted the bid of 487.24. I paid 57.24 through uship to the service provider.

the original bid was port to port shipping, pick if needed would be addl. like all of my bids are, i could get my truck in the area when needed so i was looking for another truck for pick, at no extra cost to her, the trucks i talked to pick from business only, with loading ramps, we worked very hard on this move and im sorry we couldnt get it done
