The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it.
I have gone through all the questions and responses and picture sent by shipper and can find nothing indicating exactly what I was asked to pull when I arrived at his location. The picture does not accurately depict the length or contents. The time necessary to return was out of the dates shipper needed to transport this item. I have agreed to refund his money, however I feel I should be compensated for the time and fuel expended going to this location.

9 am tuesdaywas pick up time, did not arrive untill 6pm that night, because he was doing work on the way up to me, my shipment was 25' trailer enclosed. weighs 2000lbs empty, i listed with my things inside total weight 7000lbs he showed up with 1/2 truck which is fine the truck could pull it but not with his set up, but he tried, got 10 miles and had to return, offerd him another set that would have worked, he refused said he would return and never made it here (excusees) 2 weeks no refund?
