The telephone number has been disconnected and the customs forms not forwrded for release in country of destination phones alternate phone number reaches voice mail for Jack and no reply, we have paid in full in the U.S. and know we had to pay addiional money when our shippment arrived. Have emailed and emailed and no reply. We would like our things, and yet must pay more for other brokers to haddle paperwork not completed before shipped by the company, when we had paid in FULL.

The shipment took longer to arrive than what I was told. I had to pay additional $200 for the freight forwarding company at destination to release the original Bill of Lading plus $175 for customs and clearance fees. If you like to use their in the future make sure to ask them for "Line to Line" freight service to avoid the additional charges by the third party freight forwarding company. Overall I am satisfied, the item came intact and they have good customer service.

the bid was door to port shipping, so the addl $200 was for them to deliver it to his door instead of picking it up, $175 was for clearing it at customes and terminal fees, the bill of lading we send you for free,, sorry for the mix up, this info is in our terms letter you rad through before we shipped your item, but im glad everything worked out and your item is with you safe and sound,
