The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it.
This shipper listed his shipment for Chicago to Chicago on accident. I accepted the original shipment for Chicago to Chicago then when I called him after after booking it now Then he told me that he made a mistake and the bid was actually Chicago to Mississippi.
