Delays were due to roadside repairs. Wheel came off twice during transit and was lost when it came off the second time. We searched for it for 1hr but was too dark to find it. We still made the delivery without any other problem. (Three axle trailer)

This was a disaster. GXC didn't deliver the boat on time. We tried to work it out and they did deliver the boat almost a week late, just in time for me to store it and return home from my vacation without putting it in the water. In addition, there was damage to the bimini top that appears to have been caused by their actions in trying to protect it. GCX apparently does a good job most of the timebut I wish that the cancellation had not been rejected and I had re-bid this.

Damage existed prior to pickup, and we attempted to prevent further damage by securing it. We informed owner of this. Additional, we had to have a tire repaired which delayed us by 7hrs due to the location and wait time. We did not charge owner any additional fees. We also gave owner a 10% discount for failure to deliver on time.

Was very satisfied with GXC Transport. We had a problem with title & was unable get clear title from other party. GXC was very patient and worked with us until we got it cleared up.
