I no longer need my item(s) shipped I have no problems with the service provider. My problem was with the seller. I purchased a motorcycle that was advertised to have a clear title. After I had paid Uship, the seller advised that there was a problem with the title that was unacceptable to me. Therefore the motorcycle could not be picked up as planned.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The provider has started out working with me and giving me a good price. Then I believe he just got frustrated with the situation and wanted the trip to go away. He was not prompt in his timing and for the last 4 days would say one thing and then be hours farther away than he was. He has stopped communicating with me and I am disappointed with him to say the least. He had a good rating and I am really shocked with this situation. Now I lose money because of his failure to keep his word. Response from gwenssin: Truck had mechanical issues. I gave info that mechanic gave me.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services If the carrier is going to cancel this load I will not be responsible for losing any of the funds paid through uShip. I expect a full refund for this cancellation. I do not want a credit from uShip to use at a later date. I demand the full amount be paid back to my Pay Pal account.
