The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Due to problems communicating with the seller, the shipper and I were not able to work out a timeframe when I would be in the area to complete his shipment. Have already discussed with shipper, and this is a mutual cancellation.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipper could not establish contact with the seller before the date of shipment. No problems - issue is understood and not a problem with the shipper.
