Rating: Cancellation Left by: 19tbird64 (45 ) On: 5/14/2009 For: Haulmark 7x12 Lowrider Enclosed trailer	I am no longer able to accommodate this customer’s shipment We have been leasing trucks from Penske for two years now. In the past when we needed to pull a customers trailer they would change the hitch ball for us from 2 to 2 5/16, and back. Now none of their shops can get a 2 5/16 off on since Feb. We are returning the leased truck, and using our our own F700 from now on. This trailer is ultra low, and would drag if towed by the F700. Customer prefers haul verses tow. Would accommodate us, and we them, but we spent four days now trying to get the ball c Response from gunshoppe: What a MICKEY MOUSE OPERATION these characters are. They contract with us to ship a trailer as specified from the manufactures website, have the contact information of the location for over 3 months, and what do they do, they screw you at the last moment. Nothing but delays, excuses and more excuses. The most UNPROFESSIONAL operation ever. They will breach a contract after they overbook themselves, and come up with delays after delay. We waited over 2 months for what, nothing but a cancellation!

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time REPEATED EXCUSES,carrier failed numerous times to pick up trailer after promising to do so, one excuse after another, truck breaking down, trailer breaking down, raining, illness, ect...I can't believe how difficult it is to get a trailer shipped thru U-Ship! Simple pick up from point A deliver to point B, to much to ask of this carrier! Several attempts to coordinate pick up, unanswered phones, no communication, and lies, just to much for us! Your Fired!!

Measurements changed twice, trailer was moved twice, original bid was for towing, customer wanted it transported, we tried to accomodate, but night ER MD was never able to meet us when we were down there. This job held up others on two trips. Keep Moving Forward
