The gentlemen were so lovely and called me at almost each leg of the journey. Once the item arrived, they did everything possible to ensure delivery into the apartment. Despite some size issues, the two men were so kind to try over and again to make it right.
I am completely appreciative of their help and their kindness.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
After attemoting to reach shipper via Email, I used the phone number that was provided to me.I called the shiper on Dec 11th. The person I talked to was unable to give me and exact date that the product would be picked up, just said maybe Thursday or Friday next week. He has a thick accent and was very hard to understand. The next day, I decided to call again to clarify whether he meant this Thursday or Friday, meaning the 13th or 14th, or next Thursday or Friday. I also wanted to clarify wheth

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
The shipper said they would call me back about two weeks ago and I still haven't heard from them. I also did not get various information from them that I requested; thus, I would like to cancel my shipment. Thank you.

Response from gtorn: I communicated immedietely with the shipper after I won the bid.She demanded that I faxed our company's informations to her which I cannot do as a matter of principle and doing business according to the laws.I therefore accept her cancellation

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
Service Provider stated that he had a 22 ft box truck anyhow, he showed up with a 26ft Penske Truck and told me that the items I listed was too much and I must pay him $400 extra on top of the money that was bid for.Nevertheless, he was not on time he came later than what was expected.

Response from gtorn: We drove to GA from NY purposely to move her things to NY.We agreed on moving the items in the morning or early afternoon,however,we have to wait for her till the evening.We later were informed She was driving form NY to GA.The items we met were far more than she listed.She said she didn't know she had to list everything.Considering the unlisted items,we asked her to add $400 and she said she will make her brothers move the items and that we should leave which we did.
