Response from TOTALGROUP: we require a credit card on file ,when customer booked we ask for a credit card info on file, charge only after dispatch .What happen must of the customer do not separate Uship fees from our fees as a broker and think that we are over charging them or we are a fraudulent company.The customers need to know that they are shipper's dealing with brokers who works with carriers to help their vehicle ship . The balance after Uship fee include our commission and the carrier pay ,there is no fraud here.
