Kept communication during the shipment, despite challenges with the dates. Professionally handled my item and brought it up to the 3rd floor; making sure I was satisfied of where to leave my item :) Would use them again - price was right!

There were continual delays and lack of communication. This was our first experience with U-ship and we will not ever use the service again. It goes to show that you get what you paid for.
