The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time Richard has good ratings but his communication is horrible. I had sent 5 emails to him, he still has never replied. The last one was a warning for canceling the shipment and a opportunity to work things out, yet he failed to reply. He did pick up his phone the first time I called. So I updated him on the schedule date to pick up the package, but that was a month ago. After that, I had attempt to call him 10 times already but he never pick up and his messages are always full.
