Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time This customer never called at all We have a phone number that does not work for them We, as a business would not recommend THEM to any mover wanting to deal with a valid customer

Customer emailed (kimballtrucking21@yahoo.com) at least 3 times, no response. Called phone number given in uShip profile 3+ times, left 2 messages, no response. I am a 'valid' customer who even paid the deposit, but never heard from anyone EVER from Kimball Trucking. I resent their negative feedback as IT is not valid...

Rating: Positive Left for: StrictlyBusiness (153 ) On: 12/20/2007 For: Studio Piano NH to WA - No rush	I would highly recommend Tim and his Strictly Business transport company. He moved a piano across country for me and it arrived in great condition, due to Tim's careful handling. Communication was very good, and he was very accommodating re: pickup and delivery. I would not hesitate to call Tim and Strictly Business again for any transport needs. Thanks. Joan
Rating: Cancellation Left for: KimballTrucking (10 ) On: 7/16/2007 For: Studio Piano NH to WA - No rush	I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Kimball Trucking NEVER responded to me after the bid, even though I paid the deposit, and then emailed three times and left phone messages twice. Nothing. This has been a very frustrating process and I would not recommend them to anyone at this point.
