I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period To whom it may concern, I accepted the bid by the deadline but later noticed that the proposed pick-up dates expired before the bid did. After contacting the service provider I suggested and the provider agreed to ship the motorcycle on a later date which is why the contract was not cancelled immediately. I received a request for a paypal payment for the entire bid amount instead of the bid amount less the deposit I paid when I accepted the bid. I immediately requested a correction via
