Communication was near zero. We did receive payment...from the consignee who was not expecting to pay for delivery. Shipment was not ready when we arrived, we had to go to a new p/u address. Shipper did not know we were coming that Sunday even though we called and e-mailed (unsuccessfully) every day starting the previous Thu.Shipper did load all of the parts given to us but left out some key hardware I'm told. Shipper refused to pay or answer numerous calls/e-mails once delivery was made.Beware!

For: 2006 Kawasaki Mule 600

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Customer accepted my bid on 1/27/08. I tried to communicate with customer and kept getting his voicemail. He would not return calls and has not paid to date. I went to pick up his item on 1/30/08 and found out that this customer had his item picked up the week prior. I also learned that this customer has been accepting bids after no longer needing his item shipped.

This customer posted this shipment then had the item transport outside UShip, Never gave us the courtesy of calling and informing us that it was no longer necessary.
