Family-owned company with 10 years' experience of transporting pets, livestock and goods. Now wanting to bring our skills of transporting across the US to you, with a 21st-century twist. Our custom-built Toyota Prius Carrier gives your pets the luxury of having a climate-controlled environment, and taking the stress from the trip off their minds with scenery instead of a shut-in cargo van. We have two drivers with vet training by their side for 24/7 monitoring. They'll also be walked every 3 hours for potty breaks, clean up and 1on1 attention. Special requests are honored. We put the pet owner at ease with Google latitude tracking at all times, and also video conferencing. We accept debit/credit and cash.

While the delivery person was polite and timely, the service failed to communicate during the process. I.e.., they would just call . . . A day before the scheduled pickup and say " we'reright around the corner so we can pick up in 30 minutes" or on the delevery end " I'm 30 minutes away" with no prior communication about time . . . even after specifically asking for if after the first blip.

Actually we called Friday saying we made it into town and we could deliver it Saturday. You insisted we deliver it Friday evening so we did to make you happy. It took 48 hours to get a payment code and we will not do business with your motorcycle club. You accepted the bid last second and then expected my driver to sleep in front of the shop in freezing weather.

They were great and I would recommend them to my friends, also would use them again. I had a little glitch occur in the P/U and Roy the driver, was able to work around it and make the delivery happen. Very Satisfied, Great Price.

Adam was very easy to work with, and delivered my bike just as it was when bought. I will definetly use greentechnology for any future shipping needs I have and will recommend them to friends. After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer After not being able to get ahold of him for 48 hours I had to leave Dallas. His assistant said it was fine to do it in a few weeks. He calls me saying how horrible I am. I refuse todo business with this person. Very rude and demanding.

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Shipper made no contact and didn't respond to multiple voicemails/email over two weeks. He sent cancel request via uShip the day AFTER the item was to be DELIVERED to me. Said pickup place was closed that day and he wasn't waiting around, meaning he did not call the pickup location to make ANY arrangements or plans prior to showing up. Very negligent, unprofessional, and risky if you have a deadline. Completely hung me out to dry while knocking other willing shippers out of work.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I had listed a sleeper sofa, television, and dresser. When I spoke with the shipper before pickup, I made sure that he knew that it was a sleeper sofa. He arrived a day early. I was not at the condo, but arranged for the manager to let him in. When he came to pick it up he called and told me that it was too heavy for him and his wife to pick up. He said that he would call UShip to cancel the shipment. I need a full refund - because this service provider is completely inadequate in their communication, their time window they said, giving us only literally 2 hours to meet them, and being pro-active in actually getting my stuff moved.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I paid for the shippers service on agreed upon date. Shipper did not pick up the motorcycle and did inform me of canceling on his part. I text, emailed and called to verify pick up but did not receive any response. this has been a terrible inconvinence.
