I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Shipper made no contact and didn't respond to multiple voicemails/email over two weeks. He sent cancel request via uShip the day AFTER the item was to be DELIVERED to me. Said pickup place was closed that day and he wasn't waiting around, meaning he did not call the pickup location to make ANY arrangements or plans prior to showing up. Very negligent, unprofessional, and risky if you have a deadline. Completely hung me out to dry while knocking other willing shippers out of work. Response from greentechnology: You accepted bid on saturday and we arrived monday morning. We saw sigb that said they were closed till tuesday and we could not wait. You should be more organize and make sure you know the hours of the business. Btw it was 20 degrees and we could not wait

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I had listed a sleeper sofa, television, and dresser. When I spoke with the shipper before pickup, I made sure that he knew that it was a sleeper sofa. He arrived a day early. I was not at the condo, but arranged for the manager to let him in. When he came to pick it up he called and told me that it was too heavy for him and his wife to pick up. He said that he would call UShip to cancel the shipment. However, when I contacted UShip today to verify that he had cancelled, he had not notified t Response from greentechnology: The weight and the demensions were not correct. Also you had a grand piano roght next to your door and I did not feel comfortable. Better safe than sorry

I no longer need my item(s) shipped I would like to apologize as I require a cancellation of my booking and a refund: I had arranged shipping for purchase of a motorcycle from a person at the address in Nevada- I have cancelled my plans to buy it from him and therefore do not require shipping any longer.
