GR Star Transport (greenranch08) Nationally Known and Trusted. GR Star Transport offers two services, national horse transport in fully enclosed insulated, side ramp load, box stall, multi stall conversion, as well as national motorcycle /atv transport in clean dry fully enclosed trailers with secure e-track secure systems. Trailer access doors are all factory lock equipped for a secure transport. Fully d.o.t. compliant entering all weight stations and ports of entry's throughout the nation. Current UCR and IFTA requirements met with above the minimum liability insurance required by law. Our trucks and trailers are maintained on scheduled maintenance intervals and updated to keep newer equipment on the road for reliability and dependability. Charlie kept me apprised of his time and schedule. The rig is beautiful and Shadow was in a box stall. Charlie kept me posted on how Shadow was eating and drinking. He cheerfully delivered a lot of equipment as well as the horse. I could not have been happier. I would recommend GR Transport absolutely. And they were the best price of all the bids. WIN!

On: 4/18/2013 For: Amoretta	No Detailed Feedback Available	I can not begin to say enough wonderful things about my experience using Charlie & GreenRanch to ship my older mare across the U.S. Amoretta was shipped from California to New Hampshire - she is 22 and has arthritis . Charlie took such great care of her . He made sure she had her supplements & bute each day ... She was off loaded throughout the trip and given time to exercise and play . Charlie kept me updated each day . He is hard working and very polite . His trailer was incredible . ;)

I picked Charlie Green due to all the positive feedback on UShip. He lived up to it and more. He contacted us daily via text messages, arrived earlier than expected and the filly came out of her box stall as if she had never been on a trailer. I'd use him again in a hearbeat!!!!and I'm about as fussy a horseman as you can get.

On: 5/7/2013 For: Horse transport to CO from UT	A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved A severe winter storm hit during the original dates and roads were not safely accessible. Also, during initial and further attempts to schedule, not in the original listing, it was advised pickup not to be on Sunday for religious observance. Conflicting schedules have further prevented this shipment from being completed. Our offering of future routes to accomedate were not acceptable to the customer. We attempted to resolve without sustaining a cancellation but could not do so. Response from S B.: It bothers me when a transporter is more intent on making their services look better. I think Charlie is a very nice guy however on our initial agreed time- there were bad weather conditions and agreed on the first week of May. On May 2, I contacted him and he told me the end of May. There had never been any other attempts to contact me about his change in timelines. AND he was on his way to my area with another load! I found this to be unacceptable customer service.

However I do not appreciate the description of how the responses were made or in regards to how the delay came about. We are a national transport company. We book hauls on a national level within a predetermined route from the east coast to the west coast and back. Sometimes unforeseen things occurr that we have no control over which alters the schedule. We gave ample notice and apologized.
