Upon arrival, it was discovered the vehicle was not in an operable condition that was adequate for loading and unloading purposes. We informed the receiving customer, ultimately being our Uship customer, of the issues with the vehicle that he may or may not have been made aware of by the shipping party. We also informed our Uship customer that we would not be able to accommodate his shipment due to these reasons.
