New to uShip but have 15 years experience as a broker. We price our moves right so drivers will move them. We have over 5,000 drivers in our system so we can get your car moved quickly and safely. We are excited about bidding on your shipment as we believe our value is second to none. We want to be fair to you, the customer, and also our drivers. If you think a rate is too high, ask yourself "would I do the move for that price?" We are here to make new friends and educate our customers on auto shipping. We realize many of them have never done it before so a little guidance goes a long, long way. No Detailed Feedback Available In the end the car made it ok with no discrpancies to the car, however, the pick-up date changed several times due to the truck bidders changing their minds etc but it was only about a two-three week delay and in the end I did get the car for the agreed upon price. Very strait forward, communicated well and followed up. They were on top of things and even though they experienced mechanical problems with their trailer they kept me in the loop and the car arrived within the predicted time!

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Once the bid was accepted we contacted the shipper and advised him that in order complete the booking a booking fee was due. He never paid this (it's also in our terms on uShip) so his order was never activated in our system. We don't feel this should be a cancellation as he technically never completed the order.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The scheduled pickup never occurred after repeated emails and assurances from the shipper. He supposedly had a truck pickup scheduled, but the person who was supposed to help with loading waited all day long with nobody calling or showing up.

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have called and called and left messages and wrote emails to the service provider and he has not gotten back to me, it has been over 3 weeks and my corvette was suppose to be here by now. and the fee i paid to him was not only the 185.00 but an addittional 200.00 so the total was 385.00. I dont like getting cheated out of money, I have reciepts to prove it. All i wanted and expected to pay for was a smooth transaction.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Do Not I mean No Not use this service provider. Very poor business practices. Have left them serveral voice mail messages, to return my calls but I have yet to hear from them. This has been going on for over a month. When it all started we came to an agreement of price and time frame to deliver. I think the BBB should really look into this company. On recommendation of UShip I am cancelling this shipment and requesting my refund of deposit back.

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period On the recommendation of Uship I am cancelling this shipment and requesting refund of deposit. Shipper agreed to have this booked within 10 - 14 days, it has been over 30 days and has not been booked. Very poor communication, no response to emails or voice messages. Have tried to contact several times with no response - similar to other cancellations. Request refund of deposit immediately.
