Please review the shipment details.
There was NEVER a specific date or time expressed(written or verbal) for delivery. I delayed pick up of the item for almost two weeks because of problems the shipper was having with fabrication. This delay cost me time which translates into money when a truck is not on the road.
The payment I received for being helpful and understanding was neutral feedback.
