Please review the shipment details. There was NEVER a specific date or time expressed(written or verbal) for delivery. I delayed pick up of the item for almost two weeks because of problems the shipper was having with fabrication. This delay cost me time which translates into money when a truck is not on the road. The payment I received for being helpful and understanding was neutral feedback.

Brian was very helpfull in rearranging his sceduale when i ran into problems with getting door done on time due to powdercoating mishap however he never answered his phone but would respond by email within a couple days. Loading went well and door was well secured in truck, brian was very nice to deal with in person, door was delivered in good condition with minor damage due to foam spacer between doors shifting. for reasons never explaned to me it took two weeks to deliver from id to so. cal.

Please review the original shipment posting in regards to delivery date. There was never a specific date or time expressed(written or verbal)for delivery. I delayed pick up at the request of the shipper for almost two weeks because of problems he was having with fabrication of the item. The delay cost me time which translates to money when a truck is not on the road. Pick up, transport and delivery went very smooth. For being helpful and understanding to his needs I received neutral feedback
