I highly recommend using Grasshop for your shipping needs. Serquei picked up my trailer in Cincinnati on Thursday and delivered it 2500 miles away in Sumas Washington on Saturday. I understand he had to go through some winter driving too. He took excellent care of it alone the way, no issues at all. The communication was great!! He called me a couple of times along the way to keep up to date on his progress. I will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks very much Serquei!!

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I have talked to the service provider and he cannot give me 100% on monday for the pick up date. his truck is in the shop and does not know if he can pick it up on time.

Serqui did the job I asked - at a very good price. He had excellent equipment, so I was not worried about breakdowns or damages. If there was an issue, it was that He needed to communicate a bit better to keep me informed and updated. Overall positive - he got the job done for the price i could afford - thankyou Serqui

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Made arrangments with shipper last week to have my motorcycle picked up here in Boulder, CO on either Thursday 10/15 or Friday 10/16 and shipped to Seattle where I am moving. I then made plans around that to pack up and move to Seattle this Sunday 10/18. The shipper now says he is in Chicago right now and cannot pick up my motorcycle until Monday 10/19. He said he cannot get here before Sunday and I cannot change my plans so I must cancel and find another option. I would like my deposit refunded

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time Shipper stated his latest pickup date. Could not reach shipper through numerous attempts, only after I reported a problem did he call and offer to pick them up on another day and he failed to do that also. Not recommended.
