Dale is a very forthright and straight shooting individual. I can tell you after my negative experience with others. Dale conducts himself at a higher standard than most would even expect. Dale will do exactly what he says he will do. He will communicate it clearly and take the care and attention to do it right. I can't give any better or higher endorsement for this vendor.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time Made alternative arrangements with service provider, to provide him with more flexibility. Provider is now not return my 3 voicemail messages or 2 emails. Seems he has gone missing or choosing to ignore me.

When you collapse with serious heart problems, I will say that things you were doing simply do not get done. I was out of it for weeks, my blockage cleared and I am back. In my absence unnecessary bad things were said about me. I suppose that it is human nature for those with nasty attitudes to lash out. Did I let people down, YES. It could not be helped. Did items go undelivered, or get damaged, NO. My son delivered all items in transit. Please check my feedback before my health problems.
