*BEWARE!* Shipped a crystal chandelier in an open flatbed when I asked him to put it in an enclosed trailer - arrived shattered, then told me that the seller of the item told him it was that way when I bought it. Of course when I called the seller to confirm, he refused to do so. This shipper has refused any compensation to me, resulting in a complete loss of the value of the chandelier and the cost of the move! If you use this person, expect that your item will be thrown onto back of flatbed

When I dropped off the chandelier, I inspected it with the shippers mother. After looking at the light she paid me in full. After learning of the damage I called the seller to see if I could find parts to repair the light.At that point the seller told me that the purchaser bought the light knowing it was damaged. The seller said that at one point working with this lady he told her he did not want to sell her anything because she was to difficult to work with. This is my only negative feedback.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment The service provider had a shipment cancellation and was therefore unable to accomodate our shipment. The service provider made several attemps to accommodate my shipment but was unable to complete it.

Her Mother and I took the light out of the box and she inspected the light for damage. After inspecting the light the shippers mother paid me in full. A Day later I get a email from the shipper. I called the seller of the light to see about getting replacement parts. He told me that light was sold as damaged and that I did not break it. I called the shipper and explained. I did a good job for this shipper.
