Steve stayed in contact from the time the bid was accepted until it was delivered. Delivered it right when he said. He also helped me unload and reload on my trailer. A great guy to work with. Would highly recomend him for your hauling job.

deware of this shipper never did the pick up,emailed bofore placing bib to make sure he could get picked up on time. said no problem. had to get someone else to get it. said he would send my deposit back and never did.

The shipper changed the date on me while I was in transit. I told him that it caused a scheduling conflict with some other shipments. He chose to find someone else. I would have done this for him as we originally planned with no problems.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The service provider had a problem with his truck & getting it fixed, i had to call him as to why he was not picking my vehicle up and when he planned to get it. I told him that i understood his problem and would work with him if he would keep in contact with me and let me know what was going on. no contact from him was made and after a month of waiting he will no longer return my calls. This is very frustrating to me i think he is a real dud in my opinion, and would not recommend him.

I explained to the shipper that I had some truck troubles. He was patient and easy to work with. I had to start over on setting up a new trip around his shipment. I bid on all the things I could, enroute from Sioux Falls to the Chicago area. I even got one bid and was planning to leave for the Chicago area when the shipper on that car decided to do something else. I tried to be upfront and honest with the shipper and I am sorry that he was dissapointed. Overall, we just had bad circumstances.
