We sent an e-mail requesting client's information on 12-23. Client calls on 12/29 mad because he is paying storage on vehicles at auction yard. We can not legally load vehicle onto our trucks without the proper paperwork on file. We can generally get most vehicle pickup up within 1-4 days of booking the order and receiving the paperwork as we explained to this client. We no longer wis
