Golan has not impressed me with excellent business practices for several reasons: 1. The cost (including exorbitant "materials" fees that went unnounced to me) was more than 50% greater than the price quoted to me on uShip. I have yet to receive adequate explanation why my bill ballooned in this way. 2. Several boxes have gone missing and I've yet to hear anything as to their whereabouts or my compensation. 3. The actual business has not made any efforts to make good on any of this.

shipment arrived incomplete. service provider failed to communicate. Member made significant misrepresentations and refused to work out an agreeable solution.There were long delays that were entirely the fault of the member AND the member did not even try to fix the situation

,I was extremely disappointed with this company!From the time of pickup to the time of delivery, it was a nightmare! The company's communication with me was poor,they did not meet their commitments[showed up for pickup 8 hours late.The movers when they finally arrived disputed our inventory, stating we never listed any boxes when we clearly did.This company is not honest and they have a very rude dispatcher!We were told we could pay balance upon delivery with cc,but the driver would not accept!!

this was really and excellent experience, mr. garrison was great to work with. pick-up in austin area and delivery in tennessee of sofa and chaise in great condition and at the time we expected him. would highly recommend again.

He stated that he had the weigh stations receipt so that we could deliver the goods to Texas. He said he faxed it, emailed it and mailed it. We received none of them, had to work directly with his customer in Texas and we still haven't received the weigh station receipt.

Rating: Cancellation Left for: eickemeyer (1) On: 1/2/2008 For: 40 Windows	The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it the customer did not give an accurate description.the customer said 40 windows and it was 43 and when we called to explain the difference in the number of items and diffenrence in the size they were inflexible even thou we reduced our price and offered a discount Response from eickemeyer: 3 windows were added to the order for free by the seller. So when pickup was scheduled this shipper added $300 to their quote for the added 3 windows. Don't know why they got so antagonistic in their response. We just cancelled due to the cost difference!
