He kept very good contact throughout the duration of the shipment, but sadly there was some hang-up with DOT and he was unable to transport my bike. He was very upfront and honest the whole time and I never felt like I was being BSed. I would have loved to let him take the shipment but I had to have it a little quicker than he could get the DOT thing worked out.
