The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it.
This is actually going to Manitoba, Canada! Not to Bakersfield. Hence the request for cancellation. I couldn't find a topic for cancelling that fit better, so I had to use this one, although it was just a simple mistake, I don't believe they meant to misrepresent anything. However, this is going about a thousand miles in a direction I don't go. :) Please refund her deposit and allow her to relist the bike with the correct information now.
