Issues with delivery delay and condition of vehicle unsatisfactory. Unfortunate circumstances happen but it is how they are resolved that matters. After many conversations and promised reimbursement, nothing has been done. I wanted nothing more than to give a positive review but... Perhaps if and when the matter can be completed to satisfaction my feedback will improve. Hopefully this will get some attention.

Took 4 months to recieve my vehicle. Promissed a $400 partial refund which was never recieved. After the fact I noticed he used my credit card to pay off the bills he encountered to ship my vehicle. It was like I payed to have jeep shipped twice. I have filed complaint's with the Better Business Bereau, Internet fraud Department, and I plan on pressing criminal charges. I urge everyone that Ted Garza has ripped off to do the same. Oh did I mention he had the odometer rolled back.RUN don't WALK!

BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ON THIS COMPANY PEOPLE ! By far,the absolute poorest excuse of a business I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. My first experience shipping an automobile and the fears I had before arranging shipment have all been made real thanks to Ted and his joke of a business. Car took 7 weeks to arrive and only arrived after I got his account suspended. Car picked up late, sat weeks at a time at various locations,arrived with damage, and double charged broker fees!

This company took my deposit on 9-6-2011 and I have still not received my vehicle as of 11-15-2011 I cannot reach Mr Ted Garza and when I do catch up with him I get lied to. He had claimed that the vehicle has cleared customs (comming in from Canada0 and when I checked the Customs Broker never heard from him. a complete fraud and I intend to prosecute to the fullest extent possible.

TOTAL NIGHTMARE!!!.Ted Garza biggest snake in Texas.Car took 6 weeks for delivery,arrived with $12000 in damages..He does not carry insurance and if contracted through him the other companies that haul for him are not liable.He did not pay the other carriers and owes money to them for other shipments.Will not respond to ph. calls ,emails or voice mail.cancelled cell ph...Law suit pending against him and am sending P.I. down to locate him.DO NOT USE!

Multiple emails, calls and no response over a 2 month period. I sent in all required information. He has caused a large inconvenience to our family. Ted and his company are completely unreliable.

It has been two weeks since the booking and it was paid in full. The vehicle has not been picked up as of today. This is unacceptable. I have the word of the company owner that the vehicle was to be picked up one week ago and I have received one excuse after another as to why it wasn't.
