After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer I CONTACTER THE SHIPPER NEXT DAY AFTER ACCEPTANCE. APPARENTLY I HAD MOVED HER BEFORE AND SHE WAS HAPPY WITH THAT. I ASKED HER FOR A SMALL/ TOKEN DEPOSIT TO HOLD HER MOVE DATE OF 10/31. SHE DID NOT LIKE THAT AFTER ALREADY PAYING THE USHIP BOOKING/COMMISION/SPIFF/LOAD OR WHAT EVER YOU ARE CALLING IT THESE DAYS. SHE WAS UNCLEAR AS TO WHY THIS WAS DUE AND I EXPLAINED THAT USHIP HAS TO BE PAID. I AM PERPLEXED AS TO WHY THIS FELL THROUGH ? PERHAPS HER CREDIT CARD COULD NOT HANDLE THE $100 DEPOSIT?

She had used us before and was very satisfied. Based on our conversation I think she was having financial problems because she could not come up with the deposit required to hold the date and time she wanted. She had already paid the USHIP commision and had just spent thousands at Loew's and now had no creit left on her card to pay my $100 deposit . I hope things improve for her in the near future. Response from AMOVER: Not really sure what happened here? She had used us two years ago to move up from LA, and was very satisfied. After paying her USHIP booking fee she did not want to pay my deposit fee. She said she had just spent thousand's on goods at LOWE"s and didn't feel good about putting additional charges on her card. I think she could not afford the additional charges on her card. That's too bad because there are alot of scary "movers" out there and I would hope she would not run into any of those.
