The only positive feedback I can give here is that my sofa finally arrived but 22 hours and lots of stress later! He was supposed to collect at 11am- turned up at 8pm! Didn't then get sofa until the next morning and then the two guys were so tired they struggled to carry it up my stairs.. Making me late for work.. My sofa is now marked on the corners :( All in all it arrived but terrible experience..

OMG yeah i was late because a prevous customer did,nt show up until 4 and a half hours late for me to deliver there items which in turn had a khock on affect with other customers.when i arrived at this customers home at 5.00am i just had a nap in my freezing van around the corner and at 7.30am customer called me so i woke up and wnt 2 do the job just to face 6 flights of stairs and in the flat a tight spiral staircase that i had to get 2 3seater leather sofas up.in 20min.somepeople r never happy

Collected and delivered as agreed. Great service, would use again. Good care taken of antique furniture. Also helped carry pieces in and up a difficult flight of stairs. Recommended.

only thing missing was the whip. no mention of the six flights of stairs or the tight spiral staircase inside the flat that we had to get the very heavy leather sofas up.and also it did,nt help that the customer khew best as pulling and shoving the sofas and hindering us from doing our job.and had to get both 3 seater sofas up all them stairs in 20 min. what a nightmare and glad to see the back of that job. 184 miles 6 flights of stairs and a spiral staircase for 60 pound.you got a great deal
