A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
The service provider requested flexibility in delivery. However, our concept of flexibilty differed greatly. He wanted to deliver the items within two weeks. However, because the shipment was small and only 55 miles away, I was expecting delivery within 5 days. Surely in my opinion this was adequate timing for such a small shipment and such a small distance. A window of two weeks was not acceptable. I have communicated with him and we were both agreeable that this would not work largely due

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
He would not provide backup information such as DL# and address. Also, he was very slow to respond to emails.

Response from glenandcindy: Shipper required way too much personal information without a need to know it. I've never had to provide that much to anyone before- it's just none of your business. If I was gaining access to Ft. Knox or the White House, I'd understand, but to deliver a dresser? I wasn't slow responding to anything!

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
The shipper was supposed to pick up at 12 noon and contacts me at 11AM to tell me that he is not going to pick up. Furthermore, after being in contact with him for over 2 weeks he tells me that he is uncomfortable with picking it up for lack of insurance. Something that could have been discussed weeks prior not hours prior to pick up.

Response from glenandcindy: Please read my profile and the details of the bid offer before you accept the bid! I can not afford to be burned one more time because the shipper accepted a bid without reading the details. I have no way of being reimbursed for time and fuel and the cost of my rental vehicle if there wasn't any help there or if the glass table broke, being that the shipper thought there was insurance when my profile specifically stated no insurance offered, I would never see any payment or reimbursement.
