Pets:Smoke-free, bottled water, direct delivery, stops for walks, plenty of space, never left alone.All shots and certifications MUST be up to date. Please supply 2 days worth of food and any items your pet is familiar with to make them feel comfortable- blanket, toys, etc. All others: Please read bid details!!! I schedule around you! Please let me know what days and times work good for you and I'll schedule around you. On the day of the scheduled pickup or delivery, I always call when an hour away (or when you would like), so you don't have to wait all day not knowing. Please make sure all information is correct. Glen moved a Thomas Moser chair from Warwick NY to Truro, MA. The experience was perfect, pick up and delivery were right on time, he called both the shipper and receiver 1 hr before he showed up. He took great care of my chair and was so nice the woman I bought the chair from decided to use Glen for her move this summer. I would gladly use Glen again. Not only was he efficient and experienced but very nice as well.

I explained and apologized to the customer the best I could. I had a cancellation that took all the profit out of the run. I just cant afford in this economy to spend several hundred dollars to satisfy a delivery. I cancelled asap as to not waste anyone's time and to get the delivery re-listed and to the customer as fast as possible. Once again, I apologize for all the trouble this has caused all the people involved!
