This is a customer service business that happens to be a delivery service- the best service to you is my goal-see feedbacks, I use vehicles ranging from vans to box trucks . I offer a low bid in exchange for having enough time to schedule a return trip- usually 2 to 3 weeks-NO "I NEED IT NOW" stuff. Bids assume ground floor pickup and delivery unless listed prior to bid. Everything is blanket wrapped/protected. I keep everything very simple and enjoyable, and it seems to work out really well. **PAYMENT DUE ON or BEFORE DELIVERY-PAYPAL DUE BEFORE** No refunds if cancelled within 24 hours-except verifiable emergencies/bad weather/etc.*** . Also, I love to transport any pets you may have- I am an animal lover and treat them with great care and respect for them going through a big change, pets are transported in a temperature controlled environment with bottled water, plenty of walks, shots current for age, cages are available if required/needed. The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment I accepted a bid from "Glenandcindy" and immediately made a deposit of $50.64 on October 22, 2009. Glen phoned me and promised to pick up chairs on October 29, 2009 for delivery to Tampa Florida. He said he would call me to confirm and he did not. The morning of the 29th he still hadn't called, so I called him. He was very polite in telling me that the trailer wasn't ready and the lights weren't working properly and that I should give him until 12 noon to hear back from him and if not that would

Customer never read the bid and is not familiar with uship policies. Accepted delivery window for a business that was closed. I couldn't know that because she refused to send the contact info till 1 hour before I was to leave. I dont get the deposit-uship does! READ ALL THE INFORMTION FIRST BEFORE THREATENING ME AND CALLING ME A SCAM!!!!!

Glen was very good with our little puppy. Glen kept us informed as to how the trip was going and arrived at our house during the window of time he had predicted. We were very pleased and will certainly use Glen again in the future for any shipping/transporting needs. Thanks Glen!
