The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment The service provider is unable to complete the shipment due to an accident. The service provider carried the appropriate insurance for damage/loss and has been very credible in ensuring appropriate coverage. This should reinforce clients to contract out accredited service providers like this as you never know when an accident is to happen. Marti the driver, who sustained some injuries, still made sure I was aware of accident and damage. I do not need to relist as the vessel is a write off. I pla

Gordon, my sincere apologies for the loss of your boat, although it was something out of my control. I am glad that the insurance co. is expediting this transaction quickly and to your satisfaction, because as you said it is important that any company carry the proper insurance in case an incident like this does occur. For: 25 foot larsen Cabrio boat on tandem trailer

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period The agreed pick up time was January 17-21. Due to weather and accidents and other issues stated by the service provider, 3 seperate promises were made and not delivered on. I have called and e-mailed 10 times a week and do not get a retrun call or e-mail for weeks at a time. The latest was 10 days ago. No further communication since. I have called and emailed at least 30 times over the last 10 days and nothing!
