FedEx dispatch was very helpful, and the truck even stopped at the house to pickup. FedEx was surprised it was not a business with a loading dock even though my info clearly stated it was residential to residential job. One driver and a 3' lift gate couldn't load it. Smartest shipping seemed to have trouble understanding the size of pallet even though I posted a photo, dimensions, and repeatedly asked them if the driver wou Response from SmartestShipping: Thanks for your business
