slow process pick up was later than what i asked for so i had to pay the storage fees.

Gizzmo Link picked up within 2 days of booking the order and delivered within 1 as agreed. Client already had storage charges before the order was received by Gizzmo Link, we even helped client clear up storage charges so vehicle could be removed without incurring any more fees.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment the service provider could not get any 1 to pick my truck up.had no trucks in the area and the storage is already eating it up was supposed to have it picked up today

Client already had storage on vehicle. Gizzmo Link was going to pickup 3/27/09, client called and reported having another carrier already remove the vehicle.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services bid was for pickup within 1-4 days of accepting bid, bid was accepted on a friday and now monday evening i have not heard back from them, they emailed me a contract that had pick up was within 15 days of acceptance, therefore mis-representing themsleves, and causing me to loose valuable time.

Gizzmo Link received the order on Friday 3/6/09.Paperwork was mot received until Monday 3/9/09. Vehicle scheduled for pickup 3/10/09 and delivery on 3/12/09. Client reported 3/10/09 dealer having another carrier to transport.Gizzmo Link maintained constant e-mail & phone communication we explained that car would be picked up within 1-4 days of booking. Client is being very misleading saying we 'mis-represented' ourselves we did exactly as we agreed to do.

Response from MBAM: There was no problem with communication, shipper showed up with the engine running while car was on the transport! Due to car being left running for over an hour, the car has overheated which caused damage to the engine. Car is now in the repair shop being repaired due to the neglect of the driver and his total inexperiance!
