I am no longer able to accommodate this customer’s shipment The shipper was really nice but unfortunately we were not able to move the piano for her. Need more than 3 people to move it.

Service Provider was no longer able to accommodate this shipment The movers were really nice, and unfortunalty the piano was too heavy for them to move. they stated they would be back with 2 more men to move the piano this week. i still need it moved and seeing as they accepted my offer and knew it was a piano, they should hold up to the agreement and move it for me.

We would have been able to happily provide an additional 2 men, but for the price she was offering it was impossible to have 4 men on the job at that price. We were willing to re-negotiate the price but shipper had a spending limit of $150 which was rather hard to work around. Really nice lady and I wish I had been able to accomodate her.
