Giga International is a NJ based Furniture importer/wholesaler/Retailer, since 1999. We mainly carry wide range of Fine Imported Furniture in our NJ warehouse store as well as online by our website Furniture Delivery is our routine jobs and we also using many carriers for the out of state sales We mainly transport by the 24' box truck and enclosed 7'x14' cargo trailer with a easy roll on/off ram door plus the etrack setup for secured tied down inside. We are very experienced in the packaging / protections and the safe transport. Shipping damage and carrier mishandling is the top enemy against our business and we make every possible effort to avoid. That's why we select to make our own trip for delivery instead of using other shipping services from common carriers. Your satisfication is our top priority Thank you!

My mover showed up for the pickup 5 hours late (after the time my bldg allowed the cargo elevator to be used). Worse, he came ALONE!!!! I became the 2nd mover & badly injured my back lifting heavy stuff. 3 pieces of furniture were damaged - 1 beyond repair w/a leg breaking off a table. The arrival was also miserable. The mover picked his own drop off date then missed it by 2 days. I had to make him hire a 2nd mover for the day, otherwise I'd've been moving my stuff again. Miserable experience.

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Although our order was immediately accepted, the communications with the provider were incoherent and borderline unresponsive. After a series of exchanges about the nature of the order, the provider ultimately became non-responsive. Poor grammar is undesirable, but acceptable. Failure to respond to basic inquiries is a deal-breaker. Extremely frustrating experience and have the email thread to prove it.

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Crazy.. we accepted a one week delay, then they don't show up to pick up the item, don't answer the phone or phone messages, and don't respond to emails... NOW we may lose our item as it must be picked up before 10 days expires... we now have to take off work, and drive 12 hours to pick them up.
