Very good service - although it took longer the gentleman was very understanding and very professional. Kept in contact - and the dog he was transporting really seemed to like him. When he walked away after delivering the dog to me the dog wanted to go with him... that pretty much in the most important part to me. Price was good and dog came to me in the same condition it left the dogs seller. I would use him again if the situation arose.

Robert was very accommodating with the shipping schedule since our Boxer Tiki was recovering from surgery in Texas. I felt so much better knowing that Tiki was nor crated for the journey, since she had already undergone a lot of stress during the surgery and lost a lot of weight. She arrived quickly and was very relieved to be home. I would highly recommend Robert's pet family service.

Robert did an awesome job!! Dozer is home with Papa :0) Did I mention he is a pit bull?! I'm an ex employee from American Van Lines (2 years). I've got to say by far... excellent customer service. Better than any airline or carriers. Very good communication. If yer pet needs a dependable transport Robert is yer man!!! Very reasonable price well worth it. Thousand Thanks!! Robert was awesome! Kept in contact with me, we had some delays due to hurricane Issac but it all went very smoothly. He is great about keeping in contact with you while transporting. This shipment was well handled, well commmunicated and well treated. Rags arrived safe, happy and well cared for. This service provider worked calmly through what ever presented itself. He appears to be a man of his word. He said what he would do, do it and all this remotely.

Robert was fantastic. This was our first time doing this and didn't know what to expect. He kept us updated the whole time. Our pup even needed meds every 8hrs and was more then happy to do it. He was well taken care of. Would definitely recommend and use again! Thank you Robert for bringing our baby home.
