It's been awhile since I had this shipped; but I would not recommend this shipper. He shipped a piano and some other items. Changed the date of pickup 3 times due to vehicle problems. Piano arrived damaged and one piece of furniture lost. I called him and he never responded. Don't know what happened to the table that was lost - didn't offer a refund or nothing! NOT RECOMMENDED!!

Thats funny-No damage was reported at del-No mention of same on signed del. form. happy to file claim for table if i KNEW it was lost in the ist place. This is well over a year ago. Why has it taken so long to hear back on this then?
