my non running 69 mach 1 was a challenge.I think that GFL and myself included learned alot about shipping cars like this.This car took a very long time to ship .There was some days i thought i might never see my car.GFL got the car brought from Texas to Calais and across the border through customs.In the end I got my car in the same condition as it was when it left Texas.I called many times over the 2 month period they were always polite and professional.Thanks Ted or Russ?

This transaction started excellent with good customer service and excellent communication. Unfortunately, this didn't continue. They missed all of their service standards quite substantially. What was to be a 7 day delivery quickly became over one month. There were reasons along the way. I was concerned that my vehicle was stolen when they went completely quiet as they continued to miss delivery dates and failed to communicate. I might try them again but would expect much better performance. Response from gflinc: Thanks for the feedback. Customer was overseas during the shipment and we tried to work around his schedule but unfortunatly we could not meet his dates and his shipment was delayed until he returned. We will certainly do a better job.

X5 got here safely with some delays. There was one week of delays that were out of his control and a few weeks after that. He got the customs done and got it across border to my door. Communication was poor at times and quite frustrating and he made lots of false promises. Would have been better if he just would have said it may take a week longer than saying forsure tomorrow forsure tomorrow... But whatever the car made it here. Response from gflinc: There were a couple of hurdles on this shipment however we delivered his car safe and sound. Thanks for the feedback.
