About our company, we are new to uship but experienced in the business of transportation. We consist of two individuals that have ambitions of building a successful transportation company. Big-N-Tall Transport mission is to get your shipment safely and timely manner. We have a 2002 Ford F-250 Lariat truck that pulls very well. We move automobile,boats, jet skis,small equipment,cargo trailers and freight. Starting out we are not going to pull nothing over 15,000 lbs GWVR.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time I don't know what happened to Travia after I talked to him Monday morning when he was on the way to pick up the car, I emailed him & have been calling all day but no answer, hope he is OK. Uship has showed him logged in today, so I don't know what else to do.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time Spoke with MR Big & Tall, confirmed tele numbers and address's and P/up 7/21 AM. On 7/21 I received a call from "a lady" who said they were having "complications" and couldn't pickup that day. I responded tomorrow would be fine to which she said she would have "Big & Tall call me back. Needless to say,he has not returned ANY of my calls since 7/21 or responded thru Uship. Today is 7/28/09 and my grapple bucket is still in Florida. Very dissapointed and frustrated with transaction.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time getuthere is really Big&Tall, after finally making contact with transporter agreed upon Thusday pick-up,transporter was unable to make date. Arranged Friday pick-up, transporter was unable to make date. Arranged monday pick-up, transporter was unable to make date. I awarded bid to transporter because they promised pick-up with-in 2 days and delivery with-in 2 days of pick-up. I would not recommend Big& Tall (getuthere) to anyone.
