No Detailed Feedback Available getiitdone delivered an antique boat and trailer without incident. He was particularly good at keeping me posted on his progress, and very patient at the delivery end with the marina who wasn't ready for him to drop off the boat yet.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved An extraordinary event caused shipper to have to reroute his entire schedule through no fault of his own, and was unable to complete shipment without a concurrent extraordinary delay, and such delay then became unacceptable. Shipper did communicate what was going on effectively, but we were unable to come up with another acceptable timeline for delivery. Cancellation was and is mutually agreed upon.

There were many problems with the logistics of the shipment, but none of them the fault of the broker mentioned and they worked with us to try and resolve them as best they could. Would use again.
