Hello- Innovative is a small team of master movers. We all worked many years with the local big van lines as well as being individual operator/owners hauling household goods across the lower 48 states. We are all vested in the company, thus we believe, gives us the upper edge because we all have the same to gain or loose together. Gain is what we have been doing so far and expanding our clientele is one of our goals. Together we have thousands of moves under our belts. Whether moving across town or across the country you should intrust moving of your goods to such people. We have low overhead and therefore can pass on big savings to our customers. Each and every job that we do we make sure you,the customer, are treated as if every and any future jobs are dependent upon on the outcome of this job! No Detailed Feedback Available Read reviews under all 3 tabs; this review is consistent with other feedback. 1. Did not pickup or deliver on time. 2. Did not provide notice as agreed upon. 3. I am missing items. 4. I have other peoples items. 5. There are hundreds/thousands in damaged items. 6. He wanted cash advance; out of money at pick up location. 7. Will not communicate via email; will only text. 8. I cannot get his insurance info. Could be more detailed; think this overview gets the point across.

I have nothing but nice things to say about Daryl and the Innovative Moving Company. Not only was the price excellent, the service and communication were as well. Daryl came by and picked up my mattress and added my large cat play house last minute at no additional cost. I would recommend him for your moving needs any day. Thanks Daryl!

Daryl, provided great service. He arrived on time with tons of packing material and took his time packing everything in the truck. Turns out I had a few more things then i expected to have shipped out when it was over and done with but Daryl worked with me. I would definitive recommend him to anyone trying to ship. Thanks.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved When i booked shipment it was not explained to me that sideboard could only be picked up on wednesday's only from an auction house. I told shipper when booking that i was on my way out of town (Seattle) the following day and would be in Portland soon. When the shipper finally got back with me i when i was informed of this. I do not feel i should have a cancelation against me. Please consider my inquiry. Thank you- Daryl-Team Innovative.

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved There was a scheduling conflict, between the shipper, and the homeowners, where my items are located. I contacted the shipper, and explained the delay in availabilty. I told the shipper alternate dates, but it was too late to make the scheduled run. The last call I had was discussing alternate dates for pickup. I sent an email to the shipper, for an update. And he emailed back that he had called me to explain. But I didnot receive such a call. No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time WINNING CARRIER NEVER ANSWERED MY EMAILS OR CALLS. WHEN I MADE CONTACT CARRIER WAS UNABLE TO MEET THE DATE FOR MY MILITARY MOVE. I AM REQUESTING A FULL REFUND. (uShip: Requesting full refund, not 90% refund 10% credit. No Detailed Feedback Available There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I was advised on Monday (10/1) by the service provider that he wants 50% cash deposit becuase he has run out of money. I told him that according to uShip recommendations, I paid online with the credit card and I'm not going to give him any cash upfront. I have several e-mails to support that. I told him not to come to Sioux Falls, SD if he wants to be paid the deposit since we did not agree to that when I accepted his bid. No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time After I contacted the service provider (GetInnovative) the day before they were scheduled to arrive (on Saturday, December 10, 2011), Daryl Munn informed me that they could no longer handle my shipment, as their truck was already full. They have not, however, cancelled the shipment in your system yet and I cannot relist my shipment until this is done.
