In fact he never called me at all. When I called him he explained he was sick and would pick up my item 3 days later.

Did not deliever my bike to my door because he had somewhere else to be. It cost me an extra $40.00 to meet him and haul my bike home in the rain. Response from RapidRunVanMan: many problems encountered with delivery. i gave my utmost to deliver bike to his door on the day we agreed upon. I paid 120 for a speeding ticket to try to get him his bike in time for him. I offered other options but none where accepted. I stayed extra night in DC to meet pickup to get this gentleman his bike that same day. I cannot express the level of frustration that I felt when a customer tells me many excuses about taking a day off just to receive bike and shows up in work clothes

I bought a car sight unseen and he even did a walk around the car with me on the phone without me asking him to.I would highly reccomend. Thanks Henry
